CrowdPass + NetSuite Integration
Connect CrowdPass to NetSuite via Zapier
Flow CrowdPass event revenue directly into NetSuite's general ledger and revenue recognition modules. Enterprise finance teams get event transactions in their ERP without CSV imports, with proper subsidiary mapping, department codes, and multi-currency handling.
Automations you can build
Generate a NetSuite sales order for each ticket purchase with line items mapped to the correct revenue account, subsidiary, and department code for consolidated financial reporting.
Add the registrant as a NetSuite customer under the event project, linking their contact information to the correct subsidiary for multi-entity organizations.
Turn booth leads into NetSuite CRM opportunities with estimated deal value and stage, connecting event pipeline to the broader sales forecast in your ERP.
How event teams use this
Multi-subsidiary event revenue consolidation
A global company runs regional events through local subsidiaries, all managed in CrowdPass. Each ticket sale creates a NetSuite sales order tagged to the correct subsidiary. Corporate finance runs consolidated revenue reports across all regional events in NetSuite without manual journal entries or intercompany transfers.
Event-driven pipeline in NetSuite CRM
The sales team captures 500 leads at a trade show via CrowdPass NFC scanners. Zapier creates NetSuite opportunities for each lead, pre-populated with product interest and estimated value. Sales managers review the event pipeline alongside organic pipeline in NetSuite's forecast dashboard.
