IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referring URLs, screen resolution, and usage patterns collected automatically when you access the Services.

- Event organizers: Attendee data is shared with the organizers of events you attend, as they are the data controllers for their respective events. Organizers may also share data with exhibitors and sponsors when you interact with their activations via badge scan.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
