Connect CrowdPass with Loom
Connect CrowdPass event workflows with Loom video messaging via Zapier
Replace repetitive event briefings with Loom recordings that your team watches on their own time. When CrowdPass events hit milestones — registration targets, check-in thresholds, post-event wrap-up — Zapier triggers Loom video sharing so stakeholders get personalized video updates instead of dense email reports. Loom's transcripts and comments keep the conversation threaded and searchable.
Automations you can build
When a VIP or speaker registers, Zapier shares a pre-recorded Loom welcome video with event logistics, venue walkthroughs, and prep instructions. The attendee gets a personalized experience without the event team recording individual messages.
When speakers submit session recordings through CrowdPass post-event forms, the linked Loom videos are organized into event-specific folders. The content team accesses all session recordings in one place for repurposing into blog posts and social clips.
After an NFC badge scan at a booth, Zapier sends the lead a link to the exhibitor's pre-recorded Loom product demo. The exhibitor tracks who watched, how much they viewed, and who left comments — turning a badge scan into a qualified engagement signal.
How event teams use this
Async stakeholder event updates
An event director records a weekly Loom update on registration progress, sponsor confirmations, and logistics status. When CrowdPass registration hits milestone thresholds (500, 1000, 2500), Zapier shares the latest update video to the stakeholder distribution list. Board members and executives watch on their schedule instead of attending status meetings.
Exhibitor product demo delivery
Each exhibitor at a SaaS conference records a 3-minute Loom product demo before the event. When their booth staff scan an attendee's NFC badge, Zapier emails the lead a link to the Loom demo. Loom's viewer analytics show the exhibitor which leads watched the full video versus which dropped off — a powerful qualification signal for post-event follow-up.
