Connect CrowdPass with Canva
Generate CrowdPass event designs in Canva automatically via Zapier
Turn every CrowdPass event into a design-ready workflow. When a new event launches or attendees register, Zapier triggers Canva design jobs from your branded templates — saving your creative team from manually producing badges, social graphics, and signage for every event. Team folders stay organized and brand-consistent without designer bottlenecks.
Automations you can build
When an attendee registers, Zapier generates a personalized name badge design in Canva using your branded template. The attendee's name, company, title, and ticket tier are populated automatically, ready for on-site badge printing.
After a booth scans an NFC badge, a branded follow-up one-pager is generated from a Canva template with the exhibitor's logo and the lead's details, then filed into the exhibitor's Canva team folder for immediate outreach.
When speakers submit headshots and bios through a CrowdPass form, Zapier auto-generates speaker spotlight graphics from your Canva template, pre-filled with the speaker's photo, name, and session title for social media promotion.
Upload attendee-submitted logos, headshots, or sponsor assets from CrowdPass forms directly into your Canva brand library, keeping all event visual assets in one searchable location for the design team.
How event teams use this
Automated badge design production
A conference with 3,000 attendees needs individualized name badges. Each CrowdPass registration triggers a Canva badge design from a branded template with the attendee's name, company, and tier-based color coding. The print team downloads batch-ready PDFs from the Canva folder the night before the event, eliminating manual design work entirely.
Social media speaker spotlights
Speakers register through CrowdPass and upload their headshots. Zapier generates a branded speaker announcement graphic in Canva for each submission. The social media manager reviews and publishes directly from Canva, turning a week-long design queue into same-day turnarounds.
Sponsor asset management
Sponsors submit logos and brand guidelines through CrowdPass forms. Each upload routes to the correct sponsor folder in Canva's team library. The design team builds signage, lanyards, and event programs pulling directly from these organized folders without chasing assets over email.
