Connect CrowdPass with Figma
Sync CrowdPass event data with Figma design workflows via Zapier
Bridge the gap between event operations and design production. When CrowdPass events are created or updated, Zapier notifies your Figma design team with project details and content specs. Designers work from accurate event data instead of outdated briefs, and completed assets flow back into your event workflow seamlessly.
Automations you can build
When VIP or speaker registrations arrive, Zapier posts a comment on the relevant Figma badge design file with the attendee's details, alerting the designer to create a custom badge layout for high-profile guests.
When a sponsor submits brand assets through CrowdPass, Zapier creates a new Figma project for that sponsor's deliverables — booth signage, banner ads, and program guide placements — with the submission details in the project description.
After lead capture milestones (e.g., 100 leads at a booth), Zapier comments on the exhibitor's post-event report design file in Figma with updated stats, so the designer can refresh data visualizations without waiting for a manual brief.
How event teams use this
Event brand system updates
A design agency manages the visual identity for a recurring summit. When CrowdPass event details change — new speakers, updated sponsors, revised agenda — Zapier posts comments on the relevant Figma files with the updates. Designers see exactly what content changed and update signage, badges, and digital assets without waiting for a revision email.
Sponsor deliverable pipeline
Each sponsor submits logos and brand guidelines through CrowdPass. Zapier creates a Figma project per sponsor with the asset requirements in the description. The design team picks up projects from their Figma dashboard, designs booth graphics and program ads, and marks projects complete — all tracked without separate project management tools.
