CrowdPass + Dropbox Integration
Connect CrowdPass to Dropbox via Zapier
Sync CrowdPass event assets and attendee uploads directly into Dropbox's organized workspace. Dropbox's smart sync and large file handling make it ideal for events with heavy media assets like video recordings, high-resolution photos, and design files.
Automations you can build
Save file attachments from CrowdPass forms — speaker decks, sponsor logos, exhibitor insurance certificates — directly into organized Dropbox folders.
Generate a Dropbox event folder when the first registration comes in, with a pre-set structure for planning documents, creative assets, and post-event deliverables.
Export a formatted lead capture report as a PDF to the exhibitor's Dropbox folder after each event day, giving sponsors overnight access to their daily lead haul.
How event teams use this
Media asset management for large events
A festival collects performer press kits through CrowdPass registration forms. Each submission — including high-res photos, rider documents, and stage plots — routes to the performer's Dropbox folder via Zapier. The production team accesses everything through Dropbox's desktop sync without downloading from the web.
Sponsor deliverable distribution
After a corporate conference, the event team compiles sponsor reports with lead lists, photo galleries, and engagement metrics. Zapier saves each sponsor's report package to a shared Dropbox folder. Sponsors access their materials through a branded Dropbox link without needing CrowdPass login credentials.
