Connect CrowdPass with YouTube
Connect CrowdPass event content to YouTube channels via Zapier
Turn your events into evergreen content engines. When CrowdPass sessions wrap up, speakers submit recordings, or live streams begin, Zapier connects your event workflow to YouTube — uploading session recordings to organized playlists, notifying attendees about live streams, and syncing video analytics back to your event data. Your event content reaches audiences far beyond the venue walls.
Automations you can build
When speakers submit session recordings through CrowdPass post-event forms, Zapier uploads the video to your YouTube channel with the session title, speaker bio, and event branding in the description. Videos are added to the correct event playlist automatically.
When attendees register for specific tracks or sessions, Zapier adds relevant pre-event content — speaker previews, venue walkthroughs, agenda highlights — to a personalized YouTube playlist linked in their confirmation email.
When NFC check-in data shows session rooms reaching capacity, Zapier triggers a notification to overflow attendees with the YouTube live stream link for that session, ensuring no one misses content due to room limits.
After an NFC badge scan at a booth, Zapier includes the exhibitor's YouTube product demo or case study video in the automated follow-up sequence. Leads receive targeted video content while their interest is fresh.
How event teams use this
Event content library on YouTube
A tech conference records 80 sessions across 4 days. As speakers submit recordings through CrowdPass, Zapier uploads each video to YouTube with standardized titles, descriptions including speaker bios and timestamps, and organized playlists by track. The conference's YouTube channel grows from 2,000 to 15,000 subscribers between events, driving next year's registrations organically.
Hybrid event live streaming
A medical conference sells virtual tickets alongside in-person attendance. When in-person attendees check in via NFC for keynote sessions, CrowdPass data triggers YouTube live stream notifications to virtual ticket holders. Post-event, the recordings auto-publish to a gated playlist that virtual attendees access through their CrowdPass registration link.
Speaker promotion before the event
Each confirmed speaker records a 2-minute preview video. When their CrowdPass speaker registration is confirmed, Zapier uploads the preview to YouTube and adds it to the "Meet Our Speakers" playlist. The playlist link goes out in registration confirmation emails, building attendee anticipation and session selection.
