CrowdPass + Google Forms Integration

Connect CrowdPass to Google Forms via Zapier

Use the form tool your team already knows. Google Forms paired with CrowdPass lets you collect supplemental attendee data, volunteer sign-ups, and session feedback that automatically syncs to Google Sheets for collaborative analysis across your event team.

How event teams use this

Event Manager

Volunteer coordination

An event manager sends Google Forms to registered volunteers via CrowdPass. Volunteers select their preferred shifts, T-shirt sizes, and meal choices. Responses land in a shared Google Sheet that the operations team uses to build shift schedules and order supplies.

Event Manager

Session feedback for speaker selection

After each session, CrowdPass NFC scan data triggers a Google Form for attendees. The feedback flows into a Google Sheet with automated scoring formulas. The event manager uses these aggregated scores to select returning speakers for next year's program.
