Connect CrowdPass with Adobe Sign
Automate event document signing with CrowdPass + Adobe Sign via Zapier
For organizations embedded in the Adobe and Microsoft ecosystem, Adobe Sign provides enterprise-grade signing workflows that integrate natively with the tools your team already uses. CrowdPass event data flows into Adobe Sign agreements with advanced workflow routing — sequential signing, parallel approvals, and conditional fields — handling complex multi-party event contracts that simpler tools can't manage.
Automations you can build
Registration triggers an Adobe Sign agreement from a pre-configured web form template. The attendee receives a branded signing experience with your event's logo, colors, and terms — consistent with your Adobe Acrobat document branding.
Sponsor and exhibitor applications submitted through CrowdPass trigger multi-step Adobe Sign workflows. A sponsor agreement routes through legal review, finance approval, and executive countersign in a defined sequence before returning the fully executed contract to all parties.
When all parties complete signing, Zapier updates the CrowdPass record with the agreement status and a link to the signed PDF in Adobe Acrobat. On-site teams verify document completion during NFC badge issuance.
How event teams use this
Multi-party sponsor agreement workflows
A major industry conference requires sponsor agreements to pass through the sponsor's procurement team, the event organizer's legal department, and the CFO. Adobe Sign's workflow engine handles sequential and parallel routing — procurement and legal review simultaneously, then the CFO countersigns. CrowdPass triggers the workflow on sponsor registration, and the executed agreement syncs back to the sponsor's CrowdPass record.
Bulk waiver distribution with Mega Sign
A corporate event organizer sends identical waivers to 5,000 attendees at once. Adobe Sign's Mega Sign feature sends the same agreement to a list of recipients in bulk. CrowdPass exports the attendee list, and Zapier triggers the Mega Sign job. Each attendee signs individually, and completion status syncs back to CrowdPass for check-in verification.
