CrowdPass + Zendesk Integration
Connect CrowdPass to Zendesk via Zapier
Proactively manage attendee support by routing CrowdPass event issues into Zendesk's ticketing system. Whether it is a badge printing error, access gate problem, or registration question, every issue gets tracked, assigned, and resolved through your existing support workflow.
Automations you can build
When an attendee submits a help request form in CrowdPass, Zendesk creates a ticket with event name, attendee type, and issue details routed to the on-site support team.
Pre-create a Zendesk user profile for each registrant so that if they contact support, the agent already has their event context — ticket tier, registration date, and custom answers.
Tag the Zendesk user as "checked-in" when they arrive, allowing support agents to prioritize tickets from attendees who are physically on-site and need immediate assistance.
How event teams use this
On-site support ticket management
At a 3,000-person conference, attendees experiencing badge issues, Wi-Fi problems, or room access errors submit help requests through CrowdPass kiosks. Each request creates a Zendesk ticket assigned to the on-site ops team. Agents resolve tickets by priority, and the operations lead monitors resolution times on Zendesk's dashboard.
VIP attendee white-glove support
VIP registrants from CrowdPass are pre-created as Zendesk users with a "VIP" tag. When a VIP submits any support request — dietary change, schedule conflict, travel issue — the ticket auto-escalates in Zendesk to a dedicated VIP support agent who handles it within 15 minutes.
