By leveraging the full suite of CrowdPass tools — from access control and attendee tracking to badge printing and fulfillment — All Rise was able to manage a complex, multi-session event with precision and ease.
Attendees received custom-branded NFC wristbands used for both access control and attendee tracking throughout the summit. CrowdReaders were deployed at breakout sessions to track attendance and manage session flow in real time. All Rise utilized custom-branded lanyards along with pre-printed badges for registered attendees, while the CrowdPass Badge Designer and Zebra ZC10L printer enabled fast, professional-quality badge printing on demand for last-minute registrations and updates. The CrowdPass Dashboard monitored attendee movement across breakout sessions and managed access control for restricted areas, while the CrowdPass mobile app supported wristband pairing and session check-ins.
