The 20th Meeting of the High Energy Astrophysics Division of the AAS (HEAD 20)

Three options are available to meet the eligibility requirements for in-person attendance of HEAD 20 Meeting:



1. Provide proof of full primary vaccination with a vaccine approved for use by the WHO (https://covid19.trackvaccines.org/agency/who/), AND provide proof of a booster vaccination (if the individual is eligible to receive a booster prior to the conference as recommended by the CDC or equivalent health authority where the individual resides)

OR

2. Provide proof of recovery from COVID infection AND provide proof of subsequent receipt of a booster vaccination (if the individual is eligible to receive a booster prior to the conference as recommended by the CDC or equivalent health authority where the individual resides).

OR

3. Request valid medical exception (with a doctor's note) to the vaccination requirement. Attendees with approved exceptions will need to agree to follow all safety and health protocols the AAS imposes for the meeting in addition to extra protocols for the unvaccinated and agree that they attend the conference at their own risk.
