1. Where is the event located?
The event will take place at The Grove at Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Spa (44600 Indian Wells Lane). Note: The event entrance is NOT at the hotel entrance.
2. Is there Valet Parking?
Yes, there will be valet parking upon arrival to the event. The walk from the parking lot is <2 mins.
3. What do I need for Check In?
You will need to provide your full name for registration and your ticket QR code. Please have ID ready, for verification.
5. What will the weather be like?
As we are in the desert, please prepare for chilly temperatures in the evening. We urge guests to bring warmer layers to stay warm as the event is held outdoors.
6. Is there F&B?
Of course! The event features amazing cuisine prepared by Coachella Valley’s top chefs. There will be 20 restaurant food stations throughout the event footprint.
