SRCD 2023 Biennial Meeting

SRCD is committed to creating a safe space for in-person events, with our top priority being the safety and well-being of attendees, speakers, and staff. Therefore, SRCD has implemented Health and Safety protocols for all its in-person meetings.

For the safety and comfort of all, SRCD requires that all attendees:

• Show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as well as one booster.  
• Upload documentation to the online portal to verify that the vaccination requirement has been met. 

Note: SRCD does not accept requests for religious exemption to COVID-19 vaccinations.  

Attendees are encouraged to wear a mask while participating in SRCD events unless attendees are actively eating or drinking.  

International Travelers 

• International travelers may be required to show proof of either a negative PCR molecular or antigen test (a rapid home test) for COVID-19 taken 24 hours before their arrival based on what may be required from their country of origin.  
• The CDC recommends that you are up-to-date on your COVID-19 vaccines before international travel.
