This registration is FREE but is REQUIRED so we can link wristbands to player's registrations and properly evaluate each athlete.

2. Player's First and Last Name
3. Player's Birthdate - ex: 7/01/2010
4. Tryout Age-group - ex: 15s
5. Position - ex: Setter, MH, Pin, etc.
6. Years of "Club Experience" - ex: 2yrs. or N/A, etc.
7. Name of School and Grade Fall of '23 - ex: Legend, Sophomore
8. Select - "Continue"
9. Take a screen-shot of your QR-Code
