Introduction to CrowdPass

Northern California Grantmakers has partnered with CrowdPass for events to ensure secure, private vaccination submission protecting the health and safety of everyone who attends or participates in our events. NCG does not keep or have access to vaccination records.

NCG Event Protocols

Attendees and participants must show proof of vaccination. You ONLY need to submit your vaccination information ONCE. After you've been approved, you are ready for ALL other in-person NCG events! Follow the steps below to submit your proof of vaccination. 

1. Click "Register" above to submit your vaccination information. CrowdPass may take up to 24 hours to verify your vaccination information. We recommend submitting your information a day before the event.
2. Submit vaccination records online: You can submit your vaccination information any time before the event. NCG will not retain copies of vaccination records.
3. Have your confirmation email ready: Once your vaccination status has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email from CrowdPass. Be prepared to show this email upon arrival. If you do not receive an approved email, CrowdPass will send an email with the verification issue.
