Please note all attendees, staff, guests and similar must be tested within 24 hours of the event date. You may choose to test at a testing facility or a home test but the results must be uploaded in advance of your arrival so we are able to validate the test results. If you are bringing a guest, please share this link so they are able to register as well.

Who needs to submit a test?

Everyone walking into the building (you and your guest if you purchased 2 tickets).

What do I need to submit?

Please upload a picture of your negative COVID-19 test results taken no more than 24 hours prior to the event date along with a copy of your photo ID next to the test. This includes the ticket purchaser and guest (if you purchased 2 tickets).

Is there a deadline to submit my test results?

Please upload no later than 12pm on 9/20/23.

When should I take my COVID-19 test?

We require proof of negative COVID-19 test taken no more than 24 hours prior to the event date. Test results should be uploaded to Crowdpass to validate your identity in relation to your test no later than 12p on September 20, 2023 with a copy of your photo ID next to the test.

What kinds of tests are accepted?

We will accept both PCR and Antigen Tests (including at home tests). Tests must be taken within 24 hours of the date and results uploaded to Crowdpass for verification along with a copy of your photo ID next to the test. If you need help finding a location to test, Carbon Health has many locations throughout the greater Los Angeles area.

If I am vaccinated, do I still have to test?

Yes, we are only requiring testing for these events.

Why are you requiring COVID-19 testing?

To ensure a safe environment for all working, playing and in attendance.

What if I do not upload my test in advance?

If you are unable to provide a negative COVID-19 test taken within 24 hours of the event's advertised door time and upload it to be verified, you will not be permitted to enter the show. 

Where do I submit these results?

Click the link on this page to register, create an account and you will be prompted to complete a series of steps to upload your results.

You have submitted your test results, what happens next?

You will receive a QR code which should be presented at check-in on site.

What happens if you don't receive the QR Code but you have uploaded your results?

We will have a back up list on site.
