Please upload your Covid-19 vaccination results and test for the LaunchX at the University of Michigan program.

Deadlines:

• Proof of vaccination and roof of negative Covid test uploaded by June 18th at 3pm EDT (do not administer test earlier than 72 hours before the start of the program)

Requirements:

• We accept both PCR and antigen tests as valid negative COVID-19 test results.
• Home-based COVID-19 tests, including self-administered PCR or antigen tests, are also accepted, as long as they are authorized by regulatory agencies such as the FDA.
• Antibody tests are not accepted as proof of a negative COVID-19 test result.
