Please upload your Covid-19 vaccination results and test for the LaunchX at the University of Michigan program.

Deadlines:

• Proof of vaccination and proof of negative Covid test uploaded at the earliest, July 4th at 3pm EDT and no later than July 6th at 3pm EDT (do not administer test earlier than 72 hours before the start of the program) as the CrowdPass needs sufficient time to review your documents prior to check-in

Requirements:

• We accept both PCR and antigen tests as valid negative COVID-19 test results.
• Home-based COVID-19 tests, including self-administered PCR or antigen tests, are also accepted, as long as they are authorized by regulatory agencies such as the FDA.
• Antibody tests are not accepted as proof of a negative COVID-19 test result.
