COG Spring 2023 Group Meeting

COG’s COVID-19-RELATED REQUIREMENTS TO ATTEND COG SPRING 2023 GROUP MEETING: Vaccination: As a general rule, all attendees must be “up to date” with their COVID-19 vaccinations, as defined below (based on CDC recommendations). 1. U.S. citizens who plan to attend must have received their COVID-19 primary series vaccine and at least one booster. The vaccine must have been authorized or approved by the FDA. 2. International attendees who plan to attend must have received a vaccine approved by the World Health Organization. 3. On a case-by-case basis, an exemption to these requirements is permissible. For an exemption, the attendee must have been granted a legally recognized exemption to vaccination from their employer and provide proof of that exemption, in advance. to COG. These attendees are required to take a PCR test 72 hours prior to the meeting start date and provide proof of a negative result. Vaccine Verification: Vaccine status must be verified prior to the meeting. For attendees that did not attend the COG Fall 2022 Group Meeting, you will be contacted and provided a link to provide proof of vaccination. This process must be completed prior to arrival at the meeting, or you will not be able to attend the Group Meeting in any capacity, regardless of registration status. For attendees that also attended the COG Fall 2022 Group Meeting, no action needs to be taken, COG will use your vaccine status submitted to CrowdPass for this event. COG reserves the right to impose more protective health and safety measures if a winter COVID surge causes infection rates/hospitalizations/deaths to increase to unacceptably high levels of risk.
