Authorizing Ministry for the 21st Century - AM21

AM21, or Authorizing Ministry for the 21st Century, is the signature gathering of Conference staff, select national staff, and affiliated ministry leaders to gather for critical conversations on the state of ministry in this current moment. Hosted by the Ministerial Excellence, Support and Authorization (MESA) ministry team of the national setting, who were inspired by Rev. Canon Stephanie Spellers’ book “Church Cracked Open,” this year we gather to explore how the Church as been “broken open” by the pandemics of COVID and race, and what the future may hold for our pastoral leaders in all settings of the church.
