2023 Peer-to-Peer National ARP Convening

Sexual assault and domestic violence are global issues that warrant global attention and action. Although sexual assault (SA) and domestic violence (DV) crosses all demographics, underserved and historically marginalized communities in the United States experience disparate impacts. The intent of the Office on Family Violence Prevention and Services (OFVPS) American Rescue Plan (ARP) funding for culturally-specific DV and SA organizations is to enhance organizations' ability to provide services in ways that are responsive to the unique needs of the populations being served.

The 2023 Peer-to-Peer National ARP Convening provides a vital platform to connect individuals and organizations working towards the shared goal of eliminating sexual assault and domestic violence in their communities and across the United States. Through this event, crucial resources can be pooled together while greater attention is brought to initiatives that strive toward culturally specific, community-based responses to violence.
