2022 Tribal Healing to Wellness Court Enhancement Training

About Event
The Tribal Law and Policy Institute (TLPI) takes the health and safety of attendees, speakers and staff seriously. Due to the ongoing COVID pandemic, attendees are required to provide proof of full vaccination as defined by the CDC, or proof of a negative viral COVID test administered by a healthcare professional taken within 3-days of the meeting arrival date (September 22, 2022), to attend in person.
TLPI has partnered with CrowdPass, a third-party software, which will enable attendees to provide easy proof of required COVID-related health insights and to make entry into the meeting faster, safer, and more secure for everyone onsite.
Please follow the instructions on this form carefully. When registering your account with CrowdPass, please sign up using your full legal name on your government issued ID and with the same email used for your training registration. Once completed, you should expect to receive an email from CrowdPass within 24-48 hours of your submission with your approval status and QR code. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see an email come through from CrowdPass Team (support@crowdpass.co).
Save your verification email and QR code. You will be asked to show this code upon arrival onsite in order to obtain your name badge and clearance to the training.
To ensure access to the training upon your arrival, please submit your proof of vaccination or negative COVID test by no later than September 22, 2022 (prior to the start of the training). You will not be allowed into the training without this clearance.
